Assessing good and bad points

Subject: Work performance of Peter Thompson

The purpose of this report is to assess the work performanceof Peter Thompson, who is currently being considered for promotion.

Relationship with Customers
During the working  time he has usually been polite and cheerful; has rarely being the subject of customers complaints also, helpful and sociable; has a good aproach when dealing with customers there have , however, been times when he has been aggressive, although this is not his usual manner.

Staff Relations
He has recently been assisting with the training of personel; has been the staff representative as well, so he knows how to deal with difficulties.
In addition to being highly motivated, he also motivates motivates the other employees.
On the other hand, he can be stubborn and will stop at nothing to persuade others he is right.
He is respected and popular with the staff; works well with other people.

He would be valuable addition to management team; he not only knows all levels of business, but also relates well to other staff members.
To sum up, he is an excellent candidate for promotion.
